Step 1: Book an appointment

Step 2: Arrive at the Embassy

When your appointment has been scheduled, you have to arrive at the embassy of the Philippines Abu Dhabi at least 15 minutes before time so as to complete any other protocol before you're called.

Step 3: Present the required documents and pay

Step 4: Get your token or priority number 

Once you get the number, you wait to be called as they go further to cross-check your application to ensure there is no error.

Step 5: Make the required payment

Step 6: Go for the biometrics and capturing 

Once the payment is done, you will have to complete the capturing and biometrics when required.

While doing all these, always keep an eye on the information entered to ensure it is correct.

Step 7: Receive the renewed passport

Once the passport is ready, you will be contacted by the Embassy to go and collect it. If you fail to pick up your passport at the embassy 6 months after the renewal or issuance, it will be sent back to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Manila where it will be disposed.

Step 1: Book an appointment online
