1. Data controller
The data controller is Emirabiz FZ L.L.C, licensed in Expo City Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Privacy enquiries: hello@emirabiz.com. We process personal data in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL).
2. What we collect
- Contact and consultation forms — your name, phone number, email address and anything you write in the message field. You provide this data voluntarily to receive a consultation.
- Live chat (Zoho SalesIQ) — chat messages and the contact details you share in the chat, processed by Zoho Corporation as our processor.
- Messaging apps — if you contact us via WhatsApp or Telegram, we receive the profile data and messages you send there; those platforms apply their own privacy terms.
- Technical logs — IP address, browser type, requested pages and timestamps, recorded by our web server and by Cloudflare, which protects the website. Logs are used for security and troubleshooting, not for advertising.
- Website analytics — pages viewed, how you arrived at the website, approximate location and device type, collected through Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads (loaded via Google Tag Manager) so we can see which pages and campaigns work. Microsoft Clarity additionally records how pages are used — scrolling, clicks and navigation — as aggregated heatmaps and session replays, with sensitive content masked; we use it to fix confusing pages, not to identify individuals. We do not buy or sell personal data, and we do not embed social-media pixels.
3. Why we use your data
- To respond to your enquiry and provide the consultation you requested.
- To prepare quotations and deliver the services you engage us for — company formation, visas, bank account assistance and related work.
- To meet legal obligations: licensing, accounting, anti-money-laundering (KYC) checks required by UAE law and by the authorities and banks we file with.
- To keep the website secure and available.
4. Who we share data with
Only as needed to deliver what you asked for. When you engage our services, we submit your documents and details to the relevant free-zone or government authority, immigration bodies and banks — that is the service. Our processors include Zoho (chat and CRM), Cloudflare (website security), Google (website analytics and advertising measurement) and Microsoft (Clarity usage analytics). Data may also be shared where UAE law requires disclosure to competent authorities. We never share your data with third parties for their marketing.
5. Retention
Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable follow-up period. Client-engagement records are kept for the periods required by UAE commercial, tax and AML legislation (typically 5 years after the engagement ends), after which they are deleted or anonymised.
6. Your rights
Subject to UAE PDPL, you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to its processing where no legal obligation requires us to keep it. 7. Security
The website is served over HTTPS behind Cloudflare. Access to client data is limited to the team members working on your case. Documents are exchanged through the channels agreed with you.
