Can I sponsor my parents in the UAE?

­– Yes, you can. Basic condition of sponsorship of the parents in UAE are:

­– Your salary should be minimum 20,000 AED (for Dubai)

­– You have to sponsor both parents only. If you sponsor one parent, you should bring evidence of your parents’ divorce or death of one of them

­– You should have accommodation for them - your tenancy contract should show minimum 2 bedroom

­– You have to make Dependency Certificate, stating that you will be the caregiver of your parents
