I forgot my UAE pass PIN code. How to restore it?

Use the UAE PASS account recovery (self-service portal) to reset your access and create a new PIN. Open the UAE PASS app, choose “I have an account / existing account”, then select Recover your account / Forgot PIN, complete the verification (typically via OTP and/or face verification), and set a new PIN. If you no longer have access to your registered mobile/email or the recovery fails, contact the UAE PASS help desk at 600 561 111 (24/7).
