To check traffic fines on the Ministry of Interior online portal, follow the steps below:

1. Click here to visit the official MOI website.
2. Enter the required information, including the ticket number and license details and click Search.
3. If you have a fine, it will be displayed on the portal and you may choose whether to pay it immediately or later.

Checking fines using the MOI mobile application

To check traffic fines with the Ministry of Interior mobile app, follow the steps below:

1. Download the MOI Mobile App from Google Play or App Store.
2. Select your preferred language.
3. On the home page under Most used services, tap Traffic fines payment.
4. Tap Start service.
5. Login or register with your details.
6. In your profile, you will see your current traffic fine.
7. You may opt to pay with your credit card or e-Dirham card.

Checking fines with the RTA mobile application or RTA Online portal

To check fines using the RTA App or RTA Online portal is really easy. Just follow these steps:

1. Download the RTA Mobile App from Google Play or App Store or log into the RTA official portal.

• Visit the office of the official road traffic authority in the emirate you reside
• Call the MOI on 8005000 
• Email Ministry of Interior at moi@moi.gov.ae
