RERA smart initiatives
The Real Estate Regulatory Agency works in collaboration with the Dubai Land Department (DLD). So to effectuate their services which share a lot in common, they launched the Real Smart System. These are some digital technologies like mobile applications which can be used to access their various online services. You can do these at your own convenience without necessarily needing to visit the RERA / DLD offices. These smart initiatives include:
Dubai Real Estate Self Transaction (Dubai REST)
This is a self support app created by the RERA to facilitate services for real estate buyers, sellers and agents. Using this mobile app you will be able to access various online transactions for your convenience.
Smart Investment Map (SIM)

The smart judge system
This service was introduced to give legal information and advice with regards to issues pertaining to real estate agencies and EJARI. They also offer legal consultations which are sometimes free depending on the instructions from the higher judicial authority.
