Dubai LLC formation cost

Whether you are in the UAE or any country in the world, it is easy for you to carry out your business setup in UAE. Looking at the executive office space, you are eligible for one visa for every 9sqm.

DWC UAE residence visas

The costs of the UAE resident visa in this free zone is affordable and is around 3,700 AED (includes Medicals and Emirates ID). The visa is valid for 3 years for both company owners and employees.

Health insurance is mandatory before your visa is stamped in your passport. Depending on your preference, you can get health insurance for as low as 600-800 AED.

For you to begin the registration in DWC, you need the following:

  • 3 options of the company name in order of preference
  • Passport copy
  • Residential address, email and phone number
  • Utility bill as residential address proof

DMCC free zone

Another option to consider if you are looking to incorporate a company in Dubai is in Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC). DMCC trade license is highly reputable and prestigious, and this makes it one of the most expensive free zones in the UAE.

IFZA free zone

If you don't know how to start a business in Dubai, you should consider registering your company in International Free Zone Authority (IFZA). The company formation takes 2-3 working days to get the license issued. It can be registered remotely and there are no annual audits or capital requirements.
